Annual General Meetings
Annual general meetings (AGMs) provide an opportunity for club and association members to present and review the annual report.
The annual report outlines a club and association’s activities across various areas for the previous 12 months. It includes aspects such as a mission statement, summary of achievements, progress report on goals, financials and goals for the year ahead.
AGM’s allow for club and association members to come together at the one time and discuss matters that have been positive for the club and ones that need to be adapted.
The election of office bearers also occurs at the AGM, along with discussing any general business and the proposing of new ideas for the club.
