Cricket Australia, in partnership with their States and Territories, encourages Cricket Associations to register for the Association Support Program and Association Accreditation Scheme.
To compliment the Association journey, we have developed a series of 8 emails that identify important tasks Associations should be covering off on, including where appropriate example templates, policies or links that can help guide their progress.
These emails will highlight key tasks to be undertaken and provide links to additional information and resources that will help and guide you through each task.
Association Support is a series of 8 emails designed to guide Association committees, their staff and volunteers through the key activities which should be undertaken by the Association during that stage of the season. Each email will not only list a range of tasks but link to resources, information, tools and templates designed to support and empower staff and volunteers to successfully undertake each task.
The Association Support emails are in checklist format so they can be as to the status of tasks as they progress throughout the season.
The Association Support emails are the foundation of the Association Accreditation Program which is designed to provide a “best practice” framework for Associations.
A key action for Associations is to complete the Association Accreditation Scheme Survey which is a self-assessment tool that when completed provides an indication of how well your Association is linking into Cricket Australia and the States and Territories vision. The first 20 Associations to register will receive a signed Cricket Bat. There is an expectation that at the completion of the program, the Association will be asked to complete an evaluation form.
Complete the survey in your welcome email.
